What voters need to know
Polls are open 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. local time. Official Nov. 3, 2026 notices from the City of Ann Arbor (Eastern time) and the City of Kingsford in Dickinson County (Central time) both give these hours. Absentee ballots must be returned to the local clerk by 8 p.m. on Election Day (receipt rule, per the Ann Arbor City Clerk).
