What voters need to know
Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., and if you are in line by 8 p.m., you can vote. Mail-in and civilian absentee ballots must be received by your county election office by 8 p.m. on Election Day (Nov. 3); this is a receipt deadline, not a postmark deadline. Military and overseas absentee ballots count if submitted for delivery by 11:59 p.m. on Nov. 2 and received by the county by Nov. 10.
