When do polls close in South Carolina?

Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and anyone in line at 7 p.m. will be allowed to vote. Absentee ballots must be received by your county voter registration office by 7 p.m. on Election Day (Nov. 3); this is a receipt deadline, so the State Election Commission advises mailing ballots no later than one week before Election Day.
