When do polls close in Hawaii?

Hawaii conducts its elections by mail, so 7 p.m. is the hard deadline: voter service centers (open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Nov. 3 for in-person voting and same-day registration) close, and ballot drop boxes stop accepting ballots. Mailed ballots must be received by the county elections division by 7 p.m. on Election Day; a postmark is not enough. Voters already in line at a voter service center at 7 p.m. are allowed to vote.
