Morton's Thanksgiving feast starts with butternut squash bisque and a fall harvest salad, then roasted turkey roulade with sage and cranberry stuffing, and ends with pecan streusel cheesecake. Its chef-made sides to go are pickup only on Wednesday, Nov. 25, from 1 to 7 p.m. Morton's says many of its restaurants open on major holidays with special menus and posts holiday hours on its website each season.
