Pennsylvania issues SNAP over roughly the first 10 business days of the month. Your county and the last digit of your 7-digit case record number set your payment-day cycle (countyCycles: 16 counties, including Philadelphia and Allegheny, use all ten cycles; the rest use one cycle for everyone or split digits 1-5 and 6-0). The date for each cycle in each month is DHS's published date (cycleDates, from PA/FS 855 for 2026 and 2027); it usually equals the Nth business day but not always (e.g. November 2026 cycles 1-3 are all on Nov 2; March 2027 starts on Mar 2; December 2027 starts on Dec 2).
Schedule
Based on: county of residence + last digit of the 7-digit case record number, which sets a payment-day cycle (1-10); the calendar date of each cycle in each month comes from DHS's annual Cash and SNAP Payment Issuance Schedule (PA/FS 855)
