New York SNAP payment schedule

Outside New York City, SNAP benefits are staggered over the first nine days of the month by the last digit of the case number: 0 or 1 on the 1st, 2 on the 2nd, and so on through 9 on the 9th. In New York City the day changes every month: each 'toe digit' (last digit of the case number) gets a date from OTDA's six-month EBT-52 schedule, and SNAP uses the 'A' cycle (the first ~two weeks of the month). Official NYC dates for July-December 2026 are in nycOfficialDates; the January-June 2027 schedule had not been published as of 2026-10-07.
