Missouri loads SNAP benefits on the same day each month, between the 1st and 22nd, based on birth month and the first letter of the last name: January A-K 1st, L-Z 2nd; February A-K 3rd, L-Z 4th; March A-K 5th, L-Z 6th; April (all last names) 7th; May A-K 8th, L-Z 9th; June A-K 10th, L-Z 11th; July A-K 12th, L-Z 13th; August A-K 14th, L-Z 15th; September A-K 16th, L-Z 17th; October A-K 18th, L-Z 19th; November A-K 20th, L-Z 21st; December (all last names) 22nd.

The regular availability date applies even if it is a Sunday or a holiday (DSS EBT Manual 0150.040.00: available on that date even if it is a Sunday or a holiday).
