Illinois SNAP payment schedule
Cases approved in IDHS's IES system get SNAP on the 1st-10th of the month based on the last digit of the head of household's IES individual ID number (1 = 1st ... 9 = 9th, 0 = 10th). Older cases converted from the legacy system keep their previous availability date, which is one of the 1st-10th, 13th, 17th or 20th; IDHS does not publish how those legacy dates were assigned.

Weekends and holidays
Regular roll benefits are available no later than 3:00 a.m. on the same date every month, including weekends and holidays.
