Weekends and holidays

The Delaware Social Services Manual (section 9093.2, Delaware Administrative Code) says EBT benefits are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including weekends and holidays. It also says DHSS issues monthly benefits on the same day each month for each household, following a staggered issuance schedule. The manual describes no shift for weekends or holidays.
