California SNAP payment schedule
CalFresh benefits are loaded during the first 10 days of the month. The last digit of the case number is the day (ending in 1 = 1st, through 9 = 9th), and case numbers ending in 0 get benefits on the 10th.

Weekends and holidays
Benefits are available on weekends and holidays (CDSS PUB 388). The Santa Clara County SSA handbook also says CalFresh stagger days fall in the first 10 calendar days of the month, including weekends and holidays.
