Weekends and holidays

For monthly benefits, the manual only says they are credited on the listed calendar dates and that SNAP benefits are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Its only weekend/holiday rule is for daily (newly authorized) benefits: those authorized on a weekend or holiday are processed the next business day.
