Arizona SNAP payment schedule
After the first month, Nutrition Assistance (SNAP) benefits are loaded from the 1st to the 13th of the month based on the first letter of the last name, two letters per day (A-B on the 1st, up to Y-Z on the 13th).

Based on: first letter of the last name (the Primary Informant's last name, according to the DES policy manual)
