Monthly SNAP benefits are spread over 20 days, from the 4th to the 23rd of the month, based on the last two digits of the case number (00-04 on the 4th, up to 95-99 on the 23rd). Benefits arrive on the same calendar date each month, at 5:00 a.m. Central Time according to the DHR EBT Manual.
