Good to know
Panera's help center says hours may vary by location on holidays including New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Eve, and that the way to see a cafe's holiday hours is to start an order and choose a date (article updated Jan. 5, 2026). Panera's own Thanksgiving page says its cafes close for the holiday so associates can spend it with friends and family (https://www.panerabread.com/en-us/gift-cards/thanksgiving-food-dinner-and-desserts.html, undated), its customer service told Mashed in 2023 that all locations close on Thanksgiving (https://www.mashed.com/1416837/fast-food-restaurant-hours-thanksgiving-2023/), and FOX Television Stations listed Panera as closed on Thanksgiving 2025. Daily Meal (Nov. 2025) reported that most cafes close on Christmas Day and that most reopen on New Year's Day.
