Good to know
Nordstrom posts holiday hours on each store's page shortly before each holiday, and none were posted for 2026 as of Oct. 9, 2026; hours vary by store and mall. The Thanksgiving-through-New Year's entries come from archived copies of two Nordstrom store pages (King of Prussia, Pa., and NorthPark Center, Dallas), so other stores may differ; Retail Dive described the Thanksgiving closure as a longstanding tradition in 2015 (https://www.retaildive.com/news/nordstrom-putting-the-holidays-on-hold-until-black-friday/409008), and the 2019, 2023 and 2024 closures come from CBS New York, CBS Sacramento and Fox 32 Chicago (https://www.fox32chicago.com/news/stores-closed-thanksgiving-2024-black-friday). Reported Black Friday 2025 opening times differed: CBS News said 7 a.m., while LiveNOW from FOX said 8 or 9 a.m. (https://www.livenowfox.com/news/black-friday-2025-stores-open). Easter, July 4 and Labor Day rely on CBS News lists that don't quote the company.
