Good to know
H-E-B publishes a standing holiday schedule on its newsroom (https://newsroom.heb.com/holiday-hours-at-heb/, last updated March 30, 2026); its store hours have been the same on these days since at least 2022. The page has no years on it, so it isn't a 2026-specific announcement. Central Market, Joe V's Smart Shop, Mi Tienda and H-E-B Fresh Bites keep different holiday hours (for example, Joe V's and Mi Tienda open on Easter), and individual stores can differ.
From H-E-B's announcements and store pages, and news reports of its hours, checked October 7, 2026. "Expected" days follow its past practice until it announces them. Store hours · All holiday hours
