Good to know
Georgia DDS posts a dated closure list for its customer service centers each year; 2026 is current, and the 2027 days here come from the governor's 2027 state holiday schedule because DDS's own 2027 list isn't out. Customer service centers are normally closed on Sundays and Mondays, so for Monday holidays DDS closes the Saturday before instead; Saturday hours vary by center. Georgia takes Washington's Birthday around Christmas (Dec. 24 in 2026) rather than on Presidents' Day and observes state holidays on Good Friday and the day after Thanksgiving. Renewals and other transactions are available through DDS Online Services.
