Scottish Premiership on TV in the UK

Scottish Premiership matches on UK TV are on Sky Sports and Premier Sports. Next: Dundee v Rangers, Saturday 17 October at 20:00 on Sky Sports.

Sky Sports has up to 60 exclusively live Premiership games in 2026-27 under a deal lasting until at least 2029, broadcasts from each ground up to five times a season and has the Premiership play-off final (Sky, 18 Jun 2026). Premier Sports has a five-season contract from 2024-25 for 20 live pre-split games a season in the UK and Ireland, raised in June 2025 to 22 with two post-split bottom-six games. In 2025-26 Sky showed 53 Premiership games and Premier Sports 22 (SPFL fixtures Q&A, 18 Jun 2026). Sky showed all six opening-weekend games of 2026-27. BBC Scotland shows the Championship on Friday nights and BBC ALBA up to 12 League 1 games; neither has the Premiership. Games of clubs playing in Europe on Thursday move to Sunday, usually 15:00, and the SPFL says fixtures more than a few weeks ahead remain subject to change for live broadcast. 228 matches is inferred from the format (12 clubs, 38 rounds of six, rounds 34-38 after the split). The rules are a fallback drawn from the 2026-27 picks so far, not published slots; a confirmed pick always wins.
