Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Chrysler Voyager, Chrysler Pacifica, and 2026 Chrysler Voyager Plug-In Hybrid Electric (PHEV) vehicles. Fix: Dealers will inspect and replace brake pedal position sensor, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 17, 2026. Owners may contact FCA customer service at 1-800-853-1403. FCA's number for this recall is 69D. Recalls come from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's recall database, with the list of models updated October 7, 2026. A recall applies to some vehicles of a model year, not always all of them: your VIN tells you whether yours is included and if the free repair has been done.
