Forecaster's note
Pleasant weather is on tap through the rest of the workweek and today’s good air quality is expected to persist into tomorrow as surface high pressure passes by to our north and offshore. Winds will be southwesterly on Thursday out ahead of an approaching front and AQI readings are expected to climb into the lower Code Yellow range. While no rainfall is expected with the frontal passage, the associated wind shift should allow both ozone and particle pollution to decrease back to the upper Code Green range on Friday.
